Return Policy

At WCK MARKET SUPPLY SDN BHD 202501021315 (1622728­-K), customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver products in excellent condition, we understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please read our return policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong, damaged, or defective

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, instant noodles)

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless defective


3. Return Request Procedure
To request a return, please:

  1. Contact us via email or Phone within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item received

  3. Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide instructions


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer’s error (e.g., ordered the wrong item), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer


5. Refund or Replacement
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be shipped, or

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
    (Subject to approval and condition of the returned product)


6. Final Decision
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    If
    your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
    In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item,
    in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Custom or Special Orders:
    Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
