Exchange Policy

We take great care to ensure that all our products reach you in good condition. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the terms below:


1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The product packaging was severely compromised upon delivery


2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, instant noodles) unless proven defective


3. Exchange Request Period
All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


4. Process for Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Wait for our team to assess the request. If approved, we will arrange for the exchange.


5. Exchange Delivery

  • If the error was on our end, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

  • If the mistake was due to incorrect order input by the customer, exchange costs (including return shipping) will be borne by the customer.


6. Stock Availability
If the item requested for exchange is no longer available, we will offer a similar product or store credit of equal value.


7. Final Decision
All exchange approvals are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet our policy guidelines.
